AI Prompting Guide:
When prompting AI, it is recommended to use this format for prompting AI:
Role:
The role defines the AI's perspective or expertise.
It provides context and knowledge base for the AI's responses.
Examples include: marketing specialist, customer service representative, or content strategist.
Goal:
The goal is the overarching objective the AI is trying to achieve.
It defines what the AI is trying to accomplish in a specific context.
Goals can be broad, like "improve customer satisfaction" or specific, like "complete a purchase".
Tasks:
Tasks are the specific actions the AI performs to achieve the goal.
They are the steps or activities the AI undertakes.
Tasks should be clear, actionable, and aligned with the overall goal.
AI Model Selection:
Different models within each app have different use cases, quality, and output
Typically the best models are saved for paid versions of the AI service
It is recommended to use several different AI models within each provider and across providers (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.), since this may lead to different results
AI can hallucinate and provide information that is both fake and incorrect. Therefore, the user must discern the output of the AI.
