I am an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Jack C. Massey College of Business at Belmont University in Nashville, TN.
My research examines managerially relevant research topics within the marketing domain. Substantively, my research primarily focuses on examining research questions related to digital marketing, organizational frontlines, international marketing, and marketing issues within the entertainment industry (movies, video games, sports, music, etc.). I focus on using large, unique data sets as well as employing a variety of methods, including natural language processing, econometric models, and quasi-experimental methods, to uncover novel insights for academicians and practitioners. Additionally, I am an active reviewer for several leading academic journals and manage the Behavioral Lab at the Jack C. Massey College of Business.
